Job Responsibilities
- Proctor computer-based tests and follow established testing procedures.
- Assist participants with check-in, computer setup, and testing instructions.
- Monitor testing sessions to maintain test security and compliance with program requirements.
- Maintain accurate testing records and documentation.
- Communicate clearly with participants and team members in English and Spanish.
- Learn new testing programs and procedures and assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with additional hours and overtime as needed.
- Willingness to travel and work out of town as needed.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
