As a Line Cook, you're responsible for ensuring food items make it to our guests in a timely manner while maintaining a fast paced, clean, and well organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Ensure the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked
- Prepare the simple components of menu items before each shift
- Cook menu items in a high quality and timely fashion
- Stock inventory and supplies
- Support the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the entire kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for an extended period of time
- Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends
- Ability to follow proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures
- Positive attitude and capacity to handle multiple objectives simultaneously
