Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all guest-facing areas, including but not limited to restrooms, gaming areas, lanes, bar spaces, seating, and entrances.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, fixtures, and frequently touched areas throughout the venue.
- Monitor restrooms continuously during operating hours and restock supplies as needed.
- Remove trash and recycling promptly and safely.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks before, during, and after operating hours.
- Respond quickly to spills, breakage, or safety hazards.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or venue resets as needed.
- Work collaboratively with operations, bar, and floor teams to support the overall guest experience.
- Identify and communicate potential hazards, including spills, damaged flooring, or malfunctioning equipment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented attitude.
- Opening shift availability is required.
- Ability to perform essential cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including moving throughout the venue and using stairs as required by the role.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed to complete job duties.
