Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high production and quality standards. This role supports daily operations, ensures efficiency across production processes, and requires strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork. The General Operator will play a key role in meeting production goals while following technical specifications, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
Duties-
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following 5S principles.
- Accurately record coil data within the system and change print settings for each reel.
- Ensure all production zones are properly covered as operational needs arise.
- Remove burrs from HF welds to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain constant safety awareness throughout the facility.
- Follow all company policies, work procedures, and safety/hygiene regulations.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments with minimal standardization.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts, overtime as needed, and in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or factory environments with knowledge of machining processes.
- Mechanical knowledge related to tooling, fabrication equipment, and materials handling.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency with hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations involved in machining tasks.
- Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to manufacturing facilities.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently on an assembly line or production floor.
