Position:
We are looking for qualified candidates that can fulfill the role of (ASSITANT) REPAIR MANAGER. This is anin-office position, Monday-Friday, from 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with an hour lunch. Because this person is responsible for leading a team, this start time is not negotiable. So only candidates that can meet this requirement should apply. In addition, our office is in North-West Mesa, and all candidates should live close enough that commuting is not an issue.
This person’s main responsibility is leading the repair/ utility team. This crew is vital to the leak detection process, either in prepping the pool for leak detection or repairing the leak after it has been located. This individual needs to be detail-oriented and personable as they will also be responsible for updating customers on their repair process, including dates and times techs will be arriving. This person MUST have pool repair experience and a construction/ pool building/ remodeling is a plus!!!!
This ideal person will be not only knowledgeable but a team player!!! We are huge on team players and have a strict policy on everyone working together. YOU MUST ALSO BE COMFORTABLE WITH DEALING WITH/ ACCOMODATING CUSTOMERS. If you are shy or do not like being on the phone, this position is NOT for you.
SALARY: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on experience)
Duties:
- Meet with repair team each morning
- Maintain inventory – order as needed
- Maintain repair technicians’ schedules/ book repair jobs using our calendar system
- Answer questions from technicians in the field when needed
- Communicate with customer on the repair schedules/ updates and or delays
- Provide excellent customer service whenever interacting with clients
- Communicate with other team members in order to effectively resolve issues that may arise regarding clients/jobs
- Attend monthly team dinners/meetings.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to demonstrate they have clear knowledge of swimming pools and how they operate
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Proficient writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean criminal record
