Our team is based in a modern, newly renovated facility with engineering and alignment labs, full manufacturing capabilities, machine shop, on-line video demonstration facility, comfortable work spaces and a full, self-serve cafeteria. We share ideas and strongly support team collaboration on customer projects, new product design, sales, and marketing projects. The Position The ideal candidate should have proven sales growth history and solid B2B experience with mechanical equipment and assemblies, manufacturing systems and mechanical
design along with the ability to work with customers in a sales engineering role. Computer experience with CRM, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is needed. SolidWorks and machine shop experience is highly desirable. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience with Sales and building customer relationships
Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in a growing manufacturing operation
Mechanical, Technical, Engineering experience
Comfortable with customers and developing alignment/measuring solutions
Ability to understand and explain engineering problems
Innovative & creative participation with sales and manufacturing teams
Interest in working with industrial customers on solutions and designs
