Pinocchio’s Restaurant was established in 1955 and has since become a family tradition as well as a staple within our community. Pinocchio’s is the oldest restaurant Media, PA. Pinocchio’s is a family restaurant going back 3 generations. The award-winning Beer Garden To Go was added in 2009 and offers over 1,000 varieties of craft beer as well as domestic imports.
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented and motivated FOH manager to work in a fun environment. The successful candidate for this position will train and supervise the entire front of house team, coordinate with our back of house team, and assist the general manager with daily operations. FOH will be responsible for customer satisfaction, by making sure the staff is providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, thrives in a busy environment and can prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining an outgoing and friendly attitude.
Required hours: Tuesday - Friday 3:30pm-10:30pm and Saturday 12:00-10:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with and rehearse the specific job duties of each front of house restaurant position.
- Perform managerial duties such as scheduling, hiring and firing to ensure smooth operations; ensure that employees follow proper procedures for food preparation, sanitation, safety and security.
- Ensure restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis.
- Maintain reservations and parties
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Basic computer skills including POS system
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent Communication abilities

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
