Construction Foreman

Pinno Buildings is growing and looking for an experienced Post Frame Construction Foreman to lead a crew in the Fond du Lac and surrounding areas!

Potential earnings: $60,000–$80,000 per year with incentive pay and opportunities to earn additional vacation time. Wages based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 Leadmen and Laborers
• Erect pre-engineered post frame structures
• Work side-by-side with crew and provide expertise and training where needed
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Communicate with client as needed and relay any important matters back to sales staff or main office
• Assure building process is done correctly and on schedule
• Be willing to travel occasional out of the area, requiring overnight stays
• Knowledge of all power tools and a variety of other equipment and instruments
• May be asked to clean and prepare job sites for construction, lifting of construction materials needed for job
• Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces and other related construction of temporary structures
• Measure, mark or record openings of distances to layout area, understanding of blueprints
• Position, join, align or seal structural components
• Travel will be expected for the surrounding area
• Mature, reliable and hardworking individual
• Candidate must also have a high level of attention for details
• Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs. or more

Experience:

• Prior Post Frame Construction Foreman and/or Leadman experience required
• Knowledge of all aspects of post frame steel construction and work experience to match
• Being able to understand blueprints and follow directions
• Experience working with steel.
• Great communication skills.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
