Role Description The Regional HSE Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mansfield, LA, responsible for leading health, safety, and environmental programs across assigned operations. Day-to-day activities include conducting site inspections and audits, monitoring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and identifying hazards and corrective actions. The role develops and delivers safety training, supports incident reporting and investigations, and tracks safety metrics to drive continuous improvement. This position collaborates with operations leadership to implement HSE initiatives, promotes a strong safety culture, and ensures workers have the tools and guidance needed to work safely.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in health, safety, and environmental management within industrial or energy services environments.
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations, and to implement corrective actions.
- Strong skills in developing and delivering safety training, toolbox talks, and HSE communications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach personnel at all levels.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple locations, priorities, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic office software and HSE reporting tools for documentation and data analysis.
- Ability to work on-site in Mansfield, LA, with regular field presence and travel within the region as needed.
- Previous experience in oilfield or energy services operations strongly preferred.
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, or a related field are beneficial.
