Labor & Employment Attorney – Boston, MA – Hybrid remote

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
Be a part of the firm’s Commercial Litigation & Complex Trials and Labor & Employment Practice Areas. Advise and represent employers, develop policies, and draft employment-related contracts.
Required:
- MA bar
- Recent Labor & employment experience
You should know some of the following:
- Discrimination
- Sexual harassment
- Labor unions, NLRB, PERB, OSHA
- MCAD, DOL
- Federal and state regulations
- Commercial Litigation
- Labor matters, conducting investigations
