As a Regional CDL-A Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries to our customers, from large retailers to local businesses. Your professionalism and dependability directly support food security and customer satisfaction across the East Coast and Midwest.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate newer-model Freightliner or Volvo sleeper tractors and 53’ trailers
- Deliver multi-stop loads (typically 3–4 stops) across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and customers
- Manage hours of service and delivery timelines effectively
- Return with backhauls for tri-state area deliveries
- Keep your assigned truck clean and professionally maintained
- Optionally unload to expedite delivery when applicable
- Use Samsara ELD with camera safety systems (inward, outward, side)
- Leave Sunday or Monday, return Friday or Saturday, 5–7 days OTR
- 34 hour reset at home every weekend
- Holiday work required, but drivers return/leave morning or afternoon of holidays
- Coverage area includes the Carolinas, New England, Midwest (as far as Chicago)
- Assigned Equipment: No slip seating. Your truck is your space.

- Autonomy with Support: You manage your route and schedule, but always have dispatch on your side.

- CDL Class A license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
- Current medical card
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the past 5 years)
- Strong time management skills and commitment to safety
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English to ensure effective communication, understanding of safety protocols and completion of required documentation.
- Comfortable with varied schedules (day/night driving, multi-stop loads)
