Pinnacle is a locally owned women's clothing and accessories boutique in Washington Depot, CT, offering a curated selection of high-end fashion in a warm, welcoming environment. As we grow, we're looking for friendly, motivated employees with an interest in fashion and customer service to join our team part-time and serve as an assistant manager.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Assistant Manager who is enthusiastic about fashion, dedicated to excellent customer service, and excited to be part of a growing boutique. As a key member of the Pinnacle team, you'll manage certain days in the store, support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain the boutique's visual and operational standards.
What You'll Do:
- Open and close store on select days and manage inventory, customers and store environment
- Work on product presentation and floor design to highlight key merchandise and enhance client experience.
- Greet and assist customers
- Part of your role includes keeping the store clean and tidy—things like wiping surfaces, straightening up the floor, and making sure the fitting rooms look great throughout the day
- Unbox, inventory and tag new items and restock items as needed
- Learn how to use our point-of-sale (POS) system to ring up purchases
- Be a positive representative of the Pinnacle brand and connect with customers
Who You Are:
- Available to work both weekend days and occasional evenings
- Interested in fashion, styling, or learning more about retail. Previous experience a plus
- Comfortable talking with people and offering helpful suggestions
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player
