Role Description
This full-time role is onsite with up to 50% travel as a Service Technician role based in Duluth, GA. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on advanced X-ray equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal system performance for clients. The role also includes on-site field service responsibilities, providing extensive customer support, and maintaining accurate documentation of all performed tasks. Collaboration with team members to deliver the best-in-class service that aligns with Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions’ mission will be a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of X-ray systems
- Provide technical support for internal production operations
- Deliver remote and telephone-based technical support to customers and internal teams
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs as needed
- Communicate with customers while performing on-site service and support
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including networking and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers during on-site service visits

- Experience or knowledge of industrial X-ray equipment or similar inspection systems
