What You’ll Do:

• Deliver advanced wound care to patients in post-acute, long-term care, and outpatient settings
  

• Perform thorough evaluations, debridement, and treatment of various wound types
  

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop customized care plans
  

• Document efficiently using our streamlined EMR system
  

• Provide continuity of care and follow-up to optimize healing
  

What You Bring:

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
  

• Wound care experience or interest in training in this specialty
  

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  

• A heart for patient-centered, high-quality care
