Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant located in Little Rock, AR. We are also open to considering part-time options. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for assessing and managing the care of patients with complex wounds. Daily responsibilities include performing wound evaluations, providing appropriate treatments, collaborating with the physician and the existing PA to develop care plans, educating patients and their families on wound care, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role requires strong clinical decision-making skills, a commitment to patient comfort, and a focus on promoting optimal healing outcomes.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform patient evaluations and create individualized care plans
- Effective communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Current Physician Assistant licensure and certification (or eligibility)
- Experience in wound care is not required
- Commitment to patient-centered care and delivering positive healing outcomes
