What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Assistant position at Pinnacle Veterinary Group?
Pinnacle Veterinary Group in Clemson, SC, is seeking an enthusiastic veterinary assistant to join our practice.
We operate by appointment only between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday with appointment lengths being 30-45 minutes each. Staff can expect to leave the clinic between 5:30 and 6:00 each day, with rare exceptions.
We are looking for a motivated team player who is passionate about the veterinary field AND about providing top-notch service to clients. Client education is stressed in our practice, so a successful candidate must have strong communication skills and a desire to learn about and practice high-quality medicine. Candidate must be detail-oriented, have good critical thinking skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, possess the ability to multitask, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must also be receptive to training, regardless of how much experience they have in the field.
This is not a position for candidates looking for a slow-paced, clock-in and clock-out job. We are looking for candidates who want to work hard and become a long-term part of our professional family.
