Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
- High school diploma or GED, or verifiable work experience in lieu of education
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping, laundry, and linen services in patient care areas, bathrooms, offices, and common spaces
- Clean, mop, scrub, and sanitize floors and surfaces following infection control standards
- Ensure communal areas, including group rooms, lobbies, and waiting areas, are clean, sanitary, and free of debris
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms on a regular basis
- Inventory and restock housekeeping supplies needed for daily operations
- Complete daily cleaning tasks including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, and infection control procedures
- Partner with leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
