Automotive Service Advisor
$75,000–$100,000 Earning Potential | Monday–Friday | No Weekends!
Pinnacle Tire & Auto Service is looking for an experienced, high-performing Automotive Service Advisor who is strong in both sales and customer service.
This is not an entry-level service writer position. We are looking for someone who can help us take our shop to the next level and beyond.
We already have an established customer base, experienced technicians, digital vehicle inspections, modern shop systems, and a strong reputation. We need the right advisor who can turn those opportunities into stronger sales, better customer retention, higher technician productivity, and an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive service advisor experience
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Excellent phone, text, and in-person communication
- Comfortable presenting larger repair estimates
- Able to explain repairs and maintenance clearly without high-pressure selling
- Organized and able to manage multiple customers and repair orders
- Works well with technicians and management
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and accountable
- Experience with Tekmetric or digital inspections is a plus

Compensation
We are looking for a top-level professional and are willing to pay for performance.
Expected earning potential: $75,000–$100,000 per year
Compensation includes a competitive guaranteed base plus uncapped performance-based pay. Exceptional performers can earn over $100,000.
