Job Description:

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records within the distribution center. This role involves monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring the proper organization and storage of products. The associate will collaborate with team members to identify discrepancies, assist in inventory reconciliation, and implement best practices for inventory management. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in inventory management systems, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inventory counts and audits.
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate data.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Assist in the organization and storage of products.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient inventory flow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
