Overview
The Data Entry Specialist – Timekeeping is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and auditing employee time and attendance records. This role ensures payroll data integrity by processing timesheets, resolving discrepancies, and supporting compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred)
· 1–3 years of data entry, payroll, or timekeeping experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
· Familiarity with timekeeping or payroll systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos, ADP, or similar)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Basic understanding of payroll processes and labor laws is a plus
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
