Essential Functions for the Customer Account Manager Trainee:
- Initiate sales efforts by engaging with potential customers directly and building rapport.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of new accounts for our partner, Frontier Communications.
- Present and sell a variety of telecom products and services to residential and small-business clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
- Collaborate with senior account managers to develop strategic sales plans.
- Participate in daily team meetings and sales training sessions.
- Work towards and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
