Job Overview
We are seeking a candidate to join our team as a parts sale representative. We are a parts store geared toward construction equipment and tractor parts. We also specialize in making hydraulic and other fluid power hose assemblies. This is an entry level position with training provided. Overtime will be available when needed as well as incremental pay increases based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Candidate will be expected to have some experience in auto parts store operations as well as basic mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities
The position requirements will include but are not limited to the following..
- Accurately and efficiently identify and locate parts of all types and by all manufacturer.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Skills
- general Knowledge of construction equipment and farm equipment to assist customers with technical inquiries.
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and commissions
