Pinnacle Storage is seeking a dynamic individual to become part of our Management Team .
We are a full-service Storage Company with locations throughout North and South Carolina. We pride ourselves on customer service excellence and strive to offer our customers the highest quality service and products in the industry.
As part of the Pinnacle Storage management team you will work as part of a Co-Management team structure to ensure a welcoming and clean environment while identifying our customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations.
An ideal candidate will enjoy customer service excellence while assisting our customers in the office with their needs, as well as working outdoors to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Facility maintenance such as mopping, cleaning units, maintaining the presentation of the office, changing light bulbs, keeping the grounds maintained and other general maintenance such as cutting the grass, weed eating and cleaning the gutters are required. You must be willing to climb a ladder and able to lift 25lbs.
Qualifications:
-Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality and other inside sales related industries is helpful.
-A positive, energetic demeanor
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Enjoy working both indoors and outdoors
-An ability to work part of a team as well as independently
-Ability to perform maintenance, both indoors and outdoors
-Computer Skills with Microsoft Office products and an ability to easily learn new software.
-A valid driver’s license
-Background Check and Drug Screening required
