Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a Lead Advisor for a direct hire opportunity with our client located in Tucson AZ.
The Lead Advisor – Hybrid (Servicing & Growth) is responsible for managing ongoing client relationships while also contributing to the growth of the Public Safety Division. This role typically spends approximately 50–60% of time servicing existing clients and delivering comprehensive financial planning, with the remaining time focused on developing and closing new client relationships through referrals, internal leads, community engagement, and selective prospecting. The ideal candidate balances relationship management with business development while supporting long‑term client and divisional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing client meetings and deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment recommendations
- Serve as the primary advisor for assigned Public Safety Division clients
- Manage and deepen existing client relationships through proactive engagement
- Develop new client relationships through referrals, community involvement, and targeted prospecting
- Conduct preliminary meetings with prospective clients and close new relationships as appropriate
- Facilitate onboarding for new clients and transition servicing responsibilities when needed
- Partner with other Advisors and Client Service teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests
- Monitor opportunities across client portfolios and prospect pipelines
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships
- Support marketing, outreach, and community engagement efforts aligned with the Public Safety Division
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- CFP® designation encouraged; opportunity to obtain CFP® with courses and exam paid by the firm
- If CFP® is not held at hire, Series 65 license (or combination of Series 7 and 66) is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, advisory services, or related roles
- Military equivalent job experience accepted
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance client servicing and business development responsibilities

Estimated Total Cash Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
- Equity: Eligible
- Incentive Compensation: Performance‑based bonus opportunities
- Target Total Cash Range: $80,000 – $110,000
