Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of assigned branch operations to ensure performance, consistency, compliance, and alignment with strategy, mission, and values.
- Partner with department leaders and teams to develop and implement operational strategies that strengthen performance and effectiveness.
- Lead the implementation of systems and processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and quality of care delivery.
- Drive accountability for operational KPIs, compliance, and client/clinician satisfaction metrics across areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and peers on strategic initiatives, market readiness, operational improvement and sustainable growth.
- Maintain operational and financial sustainability for supported markets, including oversight of performance trends, resource allocation and P&L responsibility.
- Drive risk mitigation and rapid resolution of operational issues.
- Exceptional influence and advocacy skills with external partners and regulators.
- Expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and leadership succession within a multi-site operating model.
- Ability to drive change through empowerment, data-informed decision-making, and transparent communication.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree in health administration, business, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 12 years of progressive operational leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational transformations, managing complex budgets, and integrating cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of collaboration with payors, regulators, and stakeholders.
