Key Responsibilities - Provide social-emotional learning (SEL) guidance and support to students across all grade levels (PK-8). - Develop and implement individual and group counseling sessions to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create a supportive and inclusive school climate. - Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to support students' mental health and well-being. - Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution strategies within the school community. - Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and interventions in compliance with school policies. - Participate in school meetings, professional development, and student support teams. Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
