Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Represent Pinnacle by promoting wireless, fiber internet, and TV services directly to residential customers
- Conduct face-to-face presentations within assigned territories and residential communities
- Build rapport with homeowners, identify needs, and offer personalized solutions
- Explain product features, plan options, and current promotions clearly and confidently
- Generate new customer accounts while meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales goals
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and completed enrollments using CRM tools
- Attend ongoing sales and product training sessions to stay current on offerings and promotions
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve territory performance and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold our commitment to integrity, reliability, and innovation
