ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Work with Outside Sales Team as liaison to After Sales team. 
  • Log into queues to answer incoming calls.
  • Follow up on overdue service tickets and provide updates to all parties.
  • Assist with ULine and Marvel escalations.
  • Assist with parts orders.
  • Oversee manufacturer tickets for U-Line and Marvel.
  • Backup Duties for After Sales Operator and After Sales Representative 
  • Update Monthly Reports
  • Special Projects as needed


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 1‐3 years’ experience in a similar.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to multi‐task and handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
  • Must be able to prioritize workload in an organized.
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in in writing.
  • Ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 to include Outlook, Excel and Word.
