The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
This is a high-energy, field-based position where your income is directly tied to your effort. You’ll be the face of Pinnacle, meeting homeowners where they are and guiding them through the restoration process.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Hit the pavement and knock doors in targeted neighborhoods to identify homeowners in need of roofing services.
● Relationship Building: Quickly build rapport with potential customers, establishing trust through professional expertise and a friendly demeanor.
● Inspections: Perform roof inspections to identify storm damage or wear-and-tear (don't worry, we’ll train you on what to look for).
● The Close: Present restoration solutions, navigate insurance claims, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
● Project Management: Act as the liaison between the homeowner and our production team to ensure a seamless installation process.
Qualifications: Who You Are
● Self-Starter: You don’t need a boss hovering over your shoulder to get to work.
● Resilient: You view "no" as just a detour on the way to a "yes."
● Communicator: You can explain complex insurance processes in a way that anyone can understand.
● Mobile: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to various job sites.
● Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on roofs (safety first, always).
● Experience: Previous sales or construction experience is a plus, but we value attitude and hunger above all else.
