Outside Sales Project Manager - Roofing

Pinnacle Roofing & Construction is bringing on Project Managers in Southeast Idaho, and we are interviewing now.

Project Manager is our title for outside sales. Close 8 to 10 roofs a month and you make over $150,000 a year.

This is 100% commission, for people who already know how to sell. If you need a set paycheck or a long training program, this is not the job. If you want to be paid for what you close and run your own day, keep reading.

Why closers do well here

• Most of our roofs are storm damage paid through the homeowner's insurance claim.
• The owner handles estimates, pricing, the insurance paperwork, materials and crews. Your time goes to customers and closing.
• No set hours. You run your own schedule. What counts is signed roofs.

The work

• Knock doors and meet homeowners in Pocatello, Chubbuck, Blackfoot and Idaho Falls
• Inspect roofs, then mark, measure and photograph the damage
• Sign the customer and help the homeowner file their insurance claim
• Meet the insurance adjuster on the roof with your photos and documentation
• Collect payments made out to Pinnacle and do the final walk-through
• Carry every job you sell from the first knock to the final check

Pay

• 100% commission on every roof you sell and carry through to completion. There is no base salary, hourly wage or draw.
• Commission is paid after the job is finished and paid in full.
• The target is 8 to 10 signed roofs a month. At that pace a Project Manager makes over $150,000 a year. That is not a salary and it is not a guarantee. Your income depends on the roofs you close.
• Independent contractor (1099)

What you need

• Commission sales experience. Roofing, solar, auto, pest control, security or other door-to-door sales all fit.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• A smartphone
• The ability to climb a ladder and walk a roof safely
• Honesty with customers and follow-through on every job you sell
• Sober and drug-free on the job
