About the Role
Pinnacle Restaurant Services LLC is seeking a reliable, sharp, and structured Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our team 100% on-site at our Vinings office. This position has zero hybrid or remote capability. The ideal candidate thrives in a traditional, high-accountability office environment and is looking to fully own daily, hands-on accounting and data management functions without remote delegation. You will be core to keeping our back-office software systems clean, accurate, and completely synchronized.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Daily Full-Cycle Accounting: Own the daily ledger in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, including Accounts Payable bill entries, payment processing, daily customer invoicing, and journal transactions.
- Collections Management: Take ownership of tracking accounts receivable aging reports and making regular, professional collection calls to resolve past-due corporate accounts.
- Inventory Record Keeping: Update internal alphanumeric part codes, process stock adjustment forms, and manually reconcile inventory variations based on physical count sheets.
- Microsoft Platform Management: Fully utilize the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) to manage vendor price sheets, update internal cost logs, organize professional communications, and generate clean data reports for management.
- General Ledger Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, credit card, and merchant batch ledger reconciliations to ensure error-free data cutoffs.
Position Requirements & Technical Skillset
- QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Proficiency: Must be highly comfortable with core QuickBooks navigation, item list management, invoicing, and bill entry modules.
- Microsoft Office Platform Mastery: Advanced administrative proficiency across MS Excel (data management, spreadsheet synchronization, and formatting), MS Word, and MS Outlook for high-efficiency office operations.
- Traditional In-Office Attendance: Must be able to work full-time hours on-site, Monday through Friday.
Remote or work-from-home options are not available.
- Testing Mandate: A practical QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office proficiency test will be administered face-to-face during the interview to determine final salary.
