Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Administrator/Executive Director to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all hospice operations (patient care, HR, finance, administration)

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Hire, train, schedule, and support staff

• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and QA programs

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and audits

• Maintain accurate records and ensure privacy compliance

• Support patients, families, and staff with professionalism and compassion

• Collaborate with medical professionals and community partners

Compensation & Benefits:

• $85,000–$120,000 salary range

Requirements:

• Proven Hospice Administrator experience (Required)

• Hospice care: 5 years (Required)

• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Financial management experience (budgeting, audits, reporting)

• Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy
