We are hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible Home Health position. This is a highly stable home care company that has been in business for many years and is well-rated on Medicare.gov.

About the Role:

• Home Health visits with adult and geriatric patients

• Full-time: 35 visits per week, Monday–Friday

• Typical caseload: 3–7 patient visits/day

• You will drive between patients’ homes and/or senior living facilities

• Travel is part of the role, and mileage is paid

• OASIS documentation required for all start-of-care patients (training provided)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

• Active PT license in the state

• US Citizen or Green Card (no exceptions)

• COVID-19 vaccine required (you may apply for an exemption)

• New grads welcome!
