Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Home Health Administrator (RN) to lead clinical operations for a trusted home health agency. This position plays a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards.
Major Responsibilities:
Oversee financial planning, budget development, and expense monitoring for Clinical Services
Develop and implement new programs and identify potential revenue sources
Establish strategic direction, measurable goals, and accountability standards
Lead staff development and workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing and high-quality care
Collaborate with HR on recruiting, training, and compliance with employment regulations
Approve hiring and separation decisions for Clinical Services staff
Serve as an active member of the Senior Leadership Team and Joint Agency Management Team (JAMM)
Lead accreditation, licensing, and certification survey preparations and responses
Ensure a Clinical Manager is available during all operating hours (24/7/365)
Provide emergency support and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Minimum 5 years of recent home health experience
Previous experience as a Home Health Administrator, Executive Director, or Supervisor
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
