About the Role:
- Field-based position seeing home health and hospice patients

Requirements:
- Active RN license in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
- At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience
- Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
