Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying, permanent position with a trusted healthcare provider serving eastern Montana and western North Dakota. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates!
As the Registered Nurse, You Will:
Support nursing care standards by following all policies and procedures.
Participate in unit meetings and share recommendations to improve resident care.
Complete and document thorough nursing assessments, noting changes and reporting abnormalities to physicians or the care team.
Use assessment findings to help develop and update resident care plans.
Communicate clearly with incoming staff, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care.
Provide safe, high-quality care based on the individualized care plan.
Supervise and guide non-licensed team members.
Monitor and document residents’ responses to care.
Stay current with nursing practices through continuing education and training.

Requirements:
Active RN license
Open to RN's with any level of experience, including new graduates
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
