Extended Care Registered Nurse (RN) - 3 days x 12 hours

Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying, permanent position with a trusted healthcare provider serving eastern Montana and western North Dakota. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates!

As the Registered Nurse, You Will:

• Support nursing care standards by following all policies and procedures.

• Participate in unit meetings and share recommendations to improve resident care.

• Complete and document thorough nursing assessments, noting changes and reporting abnormalities to physicians or the care team.

• Use assessment findings to help develop and update resident care plans.

• Communicate clearly with incoming staff, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide safe, high-quality care based on the individualized care plan.

• Supervise and guide non-licensed team members.

• Monitor and document residents’ responses to care.

• Stay current with nursing practices through continuing education and training.

Requirements:

• Active RN license

• Open to RN's with any level of experience, including new graduates

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
