Pinnacle Precision is expanding our production team at our advanced manufacturing facility in Florence, Mississippi. We operate a low‑profile, state‑of‑the‑art environment producing specialized components for an elite defense and law‑enforcement client base, with a culture built on precision, accountability, and professionalism.
Open roles
Production Floor Technician (3 openings, full‑time, in‑person)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; 35–45 hours per week
- Pay: 20.00–26.00 per hour, bi‑weekly
- Core work: Operate and monitor automated precision manufacturing systems, maintain throughput and quality, perform component inspection and lot tracking, document inventory, maintain a clean and compliant work area, and collaborate with the Production Floor Manager and team.
- Profile: Mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to master complex automated equipment with comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
Production Floor Manager (1 opening, full‑time, in‑person)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; 40–50 hours per week
- Pay: 24.00–30.00 per hour, bi‑weekly
- Core work: Lead all daily floor operations, including workflow scheduling, throughput and quality oversight, equipment operation, supervising and developing a small team of Technicians, maintaining production and lot‑tracking records, enforcing safety and procedural standards, and coordinating with ownership on goals and improvements.
- Profile: Experienced manufacturing leader who thrives in a compact, high‑standards environment with real responsibility and accountability.
Qualifications
Technicians:
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience with precision machinery
- Strong attention to detail, disciplined work ethic, and ability to follow written and verbal procedures precisely
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; associate’s plus substantial relevant supervisory experience considered
- 3–5 years of manufacturing floor supervisory experience; precision, technical, or regulated environments are a strong plus
- Proven ability to manage a small team, set expectations, drive performance, and maintain meticulous records
- Mechanical aptitude with advanced machinery; experience with automated or high‑precision systems is a significant advantage
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
Common requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs
- High degree of personal integrity, discretion, and professional bearing
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background investigation; only candidates with clean, fully verifiable records can be considered
Compensation & benefits
- Competitive starting pay (see ranges above), with merit‑based pay reviews at 90, 180, and 270 days
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance available after a 90‑day introductory period
- Paid Time Off: 5 days at 6 months; 10 days after 1 year; 15 days after 4 years, plus all federal and state holidays
- Bi‑weekly pay cycle
- Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified Production Floor Manager candidates
