JOB PURPOSE: 

Performs all clerical tasks in Quality and primarily responsible for all AS91002 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) are meeting customers’ requirements and are complete at the same pace as manufacturing flows.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Performs bubbling drawings in DISCUS to prepare for FAIRs 
• Reviews and updates form 1 of AS9102 for all part number accountability (internal technical data package)
• Reviews and updates form 2 of AS9102 for all product accountability (materials and outside processing)
• Reviews and updates form 3 of AS9102 for all characteristic accountability (dimensional results)
• Compiles AS9102 FAIRs to submit to customers
• Compiles and reports other inspection reports 
• Performs other clerical tasks
• Notify Supervisor or Leader of issues, concerns and suggestions for improvement
• Update job status correctly by clocking in/out of work orders, selecting leave/close and with correct quantity.
• Meet daily Quality, Productivity and Safety goals
• Adhere to all business policies, Quality Policy and Corporate Vision and Values  
• Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School graduate or equivalent

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• None 

SKILLS / ABILITIES: 

• Excellent communication skills. 
• High level of attention to details
• Type 50 words per minutes
• Familiar with MS-Office and Outlook

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

While performing duties of this job, the employee must be comfortable sitting for long periods of time.  Working on computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 25 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

A mixture of standard office and manufacturing facility environments. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
