What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Manager position at Pinnacle Precision, LLC.?
We are seeking a hardworking individual to manage our manufacturing and production floor. This individual must be able to manage employees, maintain procedures, and be detail oriented. This individual must also have some kind of mechanical skills or machinery background.
· Overseeing the production / manufacturing floor processes
· Maintaining records of component usage and lot tracking
· Managing employees and production flow
· Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
· Manufacturing and production experience preferred
· On-the-job training provided
· Associate degree or higher preferred
· Starting pay at $24/hour with potential for pay increases at 30,60, and 90 days (subject to performance and growing knowledge of procedures).
· Health, Dental, and Vision insurance available at 90 days.
· PTO available at 6 months – 5 days available. After 1 year of employment, PTO increases to 10 total days. After 4 years of employment, PTO increases to 15 days.
· Relocation assistance may be provided
· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
· Must be able to push/pull/lift at least 50lbs.
· Fork-lift certification preferred
· Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch
· Full-time
· Bi-weekly pay
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
