- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a clean and safe environment
- Administer medications and document treatments and changes in resident condition
- Monitor residents and respond to care needs
- Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team as needed
- Supervise assigned staff and ensure compliance with Missouri regulations and facility policies
- Properly use nursing equipment and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) program
- Active Missouri LPN/RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
