Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) Day Shift

Looking for a day shift nursing position in Riverside, MO? Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for our day shift.

Day Shift RN/LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a clean and safe environment
• Administer medications and document treatments and changes in resident condition
• Monitor residents and respond to care needs
• Collaborate with on-call providers and interdisciplinary team as needed
• Supervise assigned staff and ensure compliance with Missouri regulations and facility policies
• Properly use nursing equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  
  

RN/LPN Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) program
• Active Missouri LPN/RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
