At Pinnacle Performance & Wellness, we're redefining what physical therapy looks like.

We're a performance-based, multidisciplinary rehab center that helps active adults, runners, golfers, lifters, and athletes get out of pain and back to doing what they love. In addition to our Doctors of Physical Therapy, our clinic is home to massage therapy and sports performance coaching, creating a one-stop destination for movement, recovery, and performance.

About the Role

As our Client Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring every client has an exceptional experience—from the very first phone call through the completion of their care.

This position combines customer service, operations, marketing support, and relationship building. You'll work closely with our Founder/CEO to help turn ideas into action, making this an incredible opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping a growing business thrive.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
• Schedule new evaluations and follow-up appointments
• Follow up with new leads and prospective clients
• Help maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule
• Deliver an outstanding client experience from start to finish
• Collect payments and assist with patient onboarding
• Coordinate workshops, community events, and marketing initiatives
• Assist with social media content, posting, and engagement
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
• Work closely with the owner to implement new ideas and improve systems
• Help identify opportunities to continually improve the client experience

• An excellent communicator both in person and over the phone
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly
• Comfortable using social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Professional, dependable, and proactive
• Excited to grow with a rapidly expanding business

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, medical offices, fitness, physical therapy, chiropractic, or healthcare is preferred but not required.
