Pinnacle Peak Dental Care is a family-owned, private dental practice with an established patient base and a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, supportive environment. We are currently seeking a Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
Position Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator is the first and last impression for our patients. This role is essential to creating a positive, organized, and caring experience from the moment a patient contacts our office through checkout.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and create a welcoming front-office experience
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify dental insurance and benefits
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a dental front office or patient care coordinator role required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and scheduling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Friendly and professional demeanor
