Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CDL Certified Dump Truck & Equipment Hauler to join our team. This position is responsible for safely transporting materials and heavy equipment to and from job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating dump trucks and hauling equipment while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate dump trucks to transport asphalt, aggregates, and heavy equipment.
- Safely load, secure, and unload equipment and materials.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and equipment reports.
- Assist paving and grading crews as needed when not hauling.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
- Experience hauling heavy equipment and operating dump trucks.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe hauling practices.
- Ability to perform basic truck maintenance and inspections.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and secure heavy loads as required.
- Tanker endorsement is a plus.
