Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Spartanburg SC for a Hotel Manager. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including managing front desk staff, overseeing food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and excellence. Additional responsibilities include budget planning and control, optimizing revenue through effective sales strategies, and coordinating staff schedules to maximize efficiency. The Hotel Manager will be instrumental in driving guest satisfaction and ensuring the smooth function of all operational departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience to create excellent guest experiences and manage client interactions.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales to maximize revenue and optimize expenditures for efficient operations.
- Experience managing Food & Beverage services, ensuring quality, standards, and consistency.
- Skilled in team leadership with the ability to motivate and effectively manage hotel staff.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience is also valued.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems is a plus.
