Description
- Prepare Insurance estimates and collect patient deposits for procedures.
- Assist in answering incoming calls from patients regarding their balance.
- Assist in handling overhead pages for department.
- Assist in handling patients who are in the office and need assistance.
- Prepare and process refunds.
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1 year experience in Billing/Patient Accounts
