POSITION PROILE:
We are currently seeking a Sales Training Manager (STM) to join the Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. team. As Sales Training Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the sales team. This role focuses on onboarding new hires, upskilling existing team members, and supporting the overall sales strategy with high-impact learning initiatives. The STM will also provide ongoing support to ensure a fast and effective ramp-up for newly hired loan officers. The STM will work closely with the leadership teams to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs (in-person, or virtual) for new hires and existing Loan Officers
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training opportunities and develop learning solutions that improve performance.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals and job aids
- Coach and mentor team members through 1-on-1 sessions and ongoing skill development initiatives
- Provide continued support to Loan Officer to accelerate their ability to submit clean & complete loan applications.
- Act as a resource and first point of contact for new team members
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times, adhering to strict privacy policies
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to sales team
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience delivering high-impact learning initiatives within the mortgage industry.
- Ability to assess needs and translate them into impactful learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
