What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant position at Pinnacle Montessori of Schertz?
This position's schedule is 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assists Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infants
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Collaborate with classroom staff and communicate regularly about each child's progress/development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children a plus
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
