- Full Time. 40 hours per week. 6:30am - 3pm and/or 11am - 7:30pm shifts available. Varying weekdays, weekends and holidays are needed.

Education, Experience, Certification And Licensure Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least on year of related dining room experience preferred.
- Responsible for the resident dining satisfaction.
- Place food orders and deliver food and drink to residents in approved manner.
- Clears courses and sets tables.
- May wash and store plates and utensils using approved sanitation methods.
- Performs cleaning of assigned dining areas.
- May perform restocking and some food preparation in the kitchen.
- May be required to properly handle cash and charge transactions.
- Participate in set-up and breakdown of special function events.
- Attend all mandatory in-service training sessions. .
- Assist with the training and development of other servers as requested by management.
- Assist in restocking and sanitation of wait stations and service areas used during service.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of dining room procedures, presentation, service, bussing, customer relations and sanitation
- Comfortable using personal computers and handheld devices. Must be able to use Microsoft Office
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to speak, read and communicate using the English language.
- Comfortable working with older adults.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, performing multiple tasks while maintaining the highest level of productivity and professionalism.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Extensive walking, pulling, pushing, carrying, bending, stooping and standing
- Ability to, taste, smell and see with corrected vision.
- Exposure to heat and cold in a food production environment.
- Must be neat and clean at all times.
- Universal worker, flexibility in scheduling, working some evenings, weekends, holidays and during inclement weather is required
- Exposure to the sights, sounds, and odors of working in a typical healthcare environment including persons with dementia.
