Position Overview
The Case Manager / Paralegal plays a critical role in supporting the estate planning process at Pinnacle Legacy Law. This position ensures smooth and informed client experience by managing the lifecycle of estate planning matters—from intake through post-signing—while coordinating closely with attorneys, clients, and professional advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective clients through the intake process, providing information and resources to ensure a clear understanding of the firm and its services
- Facilitate a seamless intake experience by compiling detailed background information for the attorney’s review prior to initial consultations
- Assist in the creation of preliminary visual diagrams of estate plans to help clients conceptualize and align legal structures with their personal goals
- Collaborate with clients to collect and organize complete asset information to support the funding of their estate plans
- Prepare and assemble final estate planning documents in advance of client signing appointments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with clients' financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to confirm the proper transfer and titling of assets post-signing
- Manage the client file closing process, ensuring all tasks are completed and documentation is accurate and organized
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervising attorney or firm leadership, in line with the scope of the role
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or law firm setting
- Proven experience in a client-facing or customer service role
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines
- Professional demeanor, with strong phone and email etiquette

Pay: $47,566.89 - $70,284.86 per year
